RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love your new purchase, but at Gloss Art Boutique we understand that buying online can sometimes not meet your expectations, or you may have a change in mind once you receive your item.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product for up to 30 days from date of purchase. (Cost of initial postage charge is not refunded)
Any product you return must be in re-saleable condition, in original packaging, unused and undamaged.
Please not all sale items are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Faulty or Broken items
We will do our best to make sure items will arrive safe to you, but should you receive a broken item we will offer a full refund if we are unable to replace the product.
Please note: you are responsible for return shipping cost (unless the reason is returned due to damaged products) and any shipping cost will not be refunded.
Cancelations of Orders
Gloss Art Boutique may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the item subject to your order.
We will make every effort possible to contact you if this should occur.
You will not be able to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation.
Please note that funds will not be refunded until we have received and assessed the product/s to ensure they are in resalable condition. If the product is returned and not in the original condition it may be denied and the postage of the product/s back to you will be at your costs.
Any refund will be transferred back to the original payment method or store credit.
Please note that some items such as Gift Cards, Earrings and Hand Creams cannot be returned.
